Admitted to the Washington State Bar Association and practicing since 1986, Mr. Riback has been practicing law for over three decades. He has had extensive experience starting with his work at the Vancouver City Attorney’s Office where he handled a number of misdemeanor cases also including work in family law, business incorporations, debt collections, wills, and unlawful detainers. Mr. Riback’s unique background provides an array of experience in various areas of law including criminal and civil defense. Before joining the Law Office of Erin Bradley McAleer, he owned and operated his own law practice, working as a sole proprietor for several years, representing indigent and privately retained clients. During that time, he worked on a number of criminal and civil cases including, traffic violations, felony matters, representing debtors in reconstructing debt, drafting wills, providing insurance defense, serving as guardian ad litem, and providing prison legal services as a subcontractor for the Washington State Penitentiary and Airway Heights Corrections Center.
